Find out min of 2x problems or health issue on the scenario then produce each plan using ADPIE. (1. Reduced mobility 2. Weak bladder/Water leaks - Incontinence etc). e.g.* Assessment - follow recognise mobility evidence based assessment. *Diagnose - Holistic = disease means biological and illness means psychological.
