Using your problem statement and research questions, prepare an annotated outline of your final project. For
the annotated outline, begin with a basic outline and add detail describing what will occur in each section of
your paper. For major headings, you should include several descriptive sentences or a short descriptive
paragraph. For minor subheadings, a sentence or two is sufficient. If you know which articles will be included in
each section, it is fine to indicate this in your annotated outline.
Also, prepare an annotated bibliography of at least 10 references that will be included in your final project. Use
the complete APA reference for each article or source, and briefly describe each reference including how it will
add value to your project.
As you develop your annotated outline and bibliography, keep in mind that the focus of the final project is to
review or critique research related to your topic, addressing the research questions through published
research. You will not actually conduct a research study for the final project.
Remember to begin the annotated outline and bibliography by briefly describing the topic, problem, and
questions you intend to explore in your final project, and discuss how qualitative or quantitative methods could
be used to study this issue.
