DNP Project- Future Implications

Project is group diabetes classes at a FQHC primary care clinic. Focus of classes is education, self monitoring, and compliance with medications for diabetes. Due to the success of the project the clinic is going to continue these classes with additional providers. Answer the following: Based on the evaluation of your DNP Project outcomes, discuss future implications and recommendations on population health and clinical prevention at the systems level to enhance evidence-based practice, guidelines, and policies.
