Development strategy of Business journal for indexing 'Scopus' and 'SSCI'

I and my co-researchers have launched a new business journal and we have a plan to be indexed with 'Scopus' and 'SSCI' coverage in the future. Please research and provide a total five development strategies for our business journal to be covered within 'Scopus' and SSCI'. *There should be five sub-sections based on five strategies. *Each strategy should be specific and not broad. *Please remember our journal is a business journal. That means that all strategies should be compatible with the business journal. *Total 20 citations are required and all resources must come from peer-reviewed journals.
