Create a Leadership Program

Design a leadership program for a criminal justice agency. Use the following scenario to complete your work: Assume you are an outside consultant, tasked with developing a leadership program for a criminal justice agency. It has been determined that the entire agency--all sworn ranks and civilian staff--will go through the program. Be sure to keep in mind the various leadership theories you have studied, as well as the leadership characteristics, and which you feel should be emphasized. You must also design the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership into your program and how they should be focused. Finally, keep in mind the organizational culture and how it will impact your program.
