  1. Write an Annotated Bibliography on contingency theories and models. 2. Analyze scholarly sources of leadership theories and models in support of leadership development. 3. Identify the main constructs for each model or theory and discuss their relevance, strengths, and weakness in support of leadership development. 4. Provide a description of the constructs and how it is relevant to leadership development or behavior and practices.
