During your first two weeks at your clinical site (outpatient clinic) take some time to meet with your Preceptor to
discuss what clinical goals you would like to accomplish during this clinical semester.
- Use the NU664/NU665 Clinical Learning Objectives to help you and your preceptor define what is attainable
in your specific clinical setting. (See attached document)
Submit at least THREE written clinical goals that you and your preceptor defined for your clinical faculty to
review and provide you feedback.
Background: I am currently enrolled in the Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program, I am a Registered
Nurse, and I work in a Psychiatric Hospital.
