Interview a Business Leader that you perceive to be applying ethical business practices. This should not be an immediate family member.

Schedule an interview to have ample time to highlight the questions below, ask no more or no less than the five questions presented below. Following the interview, write approximately a four (4) to five (5) page paper As for the contents of the paper, consider an opening paragraph, a paragraph for each of the five questions (with headings), and a conclusion paragraph all with the appropriate headings positively identifying the paragraph. Follow the APA formatting style to annotate the experience.

How would you describe your personal ethics philosophy?
How did you handle your most recent ethical dilemma?
What was it?
What was the result?
How do you personally demonstrate good ethics?
What do you believe is one of the greatest ethical dilemmas facing American society today?
