Then, compare and contrast the leadership behaviors Grant depicts in this book with other leadership styles (e.g., transactional, charismatic, servant, or transformational). Question (2): Consider “otherish” behavior that Grant describes in his book and outlines existing research that shows the value of giving. Provide a critique of “otherish” behavior as outlined in this chapter. In your critique outline how you agree and disagree with aspects of this behavior. Also, identify how you can incorporate “otherish” behavior in order to add value in your current or future job role. Question (3): Read Grant’s “Actions for Impact” at the end of the book. Select one of the practical actions he describes and imagine the various ways you can apply it in your current or future role.
