Strategies: To improve these areas of weakness within the leadership domain, one strategy would be to focus on building up my interpersonal skills by having more opportunities for collaborative work with large groups from different backgrounds through networking events or mentorship programs. This will help me become comfortable with engaging with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds which may provide valuable insight into how to better lead larger groups from various cultural perspectives. Similarly, participating in virtual simulations designed specifically around team-building exercises can help hone my skills when it comes to collaborative problem solving and decision making when dealing with complex tasks that require input from multiple players simultaneously. Finally, reading books specifically focused on topics such as cross-cultural management techniques will give me further knowledge into navigating these types of situations successfully while still adhering to ethical standards throughout all aspects of leading an initiative or project
