Areas of HR management defined by the EEOC

    Human resource management in a global organization has to manage the governmental laws and regulations of the United States. This can be particularly complex when a company chooses to outsource internationally. For this discussion, select any two areas of HR management defined by the EEOC and evaluate the possible conflicts that may occur with an international outsource.
