Any sore muscles, weakness, fatigue

Johnny is a 9 y/o Asian male. Mother states he has had a rash to his chest for one day but has been complaining of a bad and worsening sore throat for five days. Mother states her youngest son Freddie had some left-over Amoxil and so she gave Johnny some of it yesterday. No cough. Lungs CTA bil. No significant PMH. No medications. No known drug allergies. BMI 18.  Impression/concerns Questions for Johnny- Any sore muscles, weakness, fatigue, how is your appetite? Do you have any stomach pain or headaches? Chest pain? Chest pain, feeling like you need to vomit? How many bowel movements in one day? Questions for Ginger- Any recent upper respiratory infection, has only one in the household have/had Mono? Has Johnny had an ear infection? Are you involved? Would Johnny school? Do you go to school events? Do you meet Johnny teachers? Do you encourage Johnny to join school and community groups such as sports teams or volunteer for a charity? Does Johnny have any friends? If so, have you met his friend(s) parents?
