12.2 Business Case
Develop the business case (qualitative and quantitative justification) for the two proposed solutions: the value to be added to the enterprise by the solution vs. the costs to develop it (nonrecurring costs) and implement it (recurring costs). Project how MUCH your two proposed systems would close the performance gaps identified in the existing system analysis.
