An ethics code and an ethics training program

      Develop an ethics code and an ethics training program for your (actual or notional) organization, whether a business organization or nonprofit or governmental organization. This option has three parts. a. Write an ethics code for the organization. Be sure to identify what type of organization you are writing about. b. Explain why you think particular provisions are important or necessary for this organization. For example, what are particular ethical dangers for this entity, and how will this code help to prevent or minimize those dangers? c. Write an ethics training program for this organization. What kind of training is needed? When? For what type of employees? For what compliance issues? How will the training be conducted, and by whom?
