Be sure to choose a task/activity with enough steps to warrant documented instructions, but not so many that it becomes overwhelming.
Once you have chosen your task/activity, identify the employee(s) who would be in charge of carrying it out and design/compose an instructional document that teaches them how to do so. In the context of this assignment, pretend that you (the writer of the document) are in charge of supervising these individuals as well as others within your department, so you want them to be able to carry the task out independently without constantly badgering you for help. Be sure to consider what kinds of instructions your employees can reasonably be assumed to understand and what instructions might need further explanation. Use diagrams or images for clarification whenever necessary.
Also consider the length of the document, and make sure that it is appropriate for your audience. A document intended to teach a group of employees should be relatively brief (no more than 10 pages) while providing clear instructions.

Step 2: Dress Mannequin From Bottom Up – Once you have gathered all necessary clothing items, begin by putting each piece onto the mannequin starting from the bottom up – shoes first then pants/skirts followed by shirts/dresses etc… until finally arriving at accessories such as earrings, necklaces etc… It may help to use pins if needed to keep certain articles of clothing securely fastened during display as some fabrics can easily slip off due to gravity or movement within customers walking nearby. Depending again on what type of look is desired there may be many different waysthese tasks can be accomplished; however doing them well requires patience and attention-to-detail since even small upgrades can yield big effects when done correctly such as curling eyelashes (for dramatic effect!), using face powder/highlighter over certain areas (e.g., cheekbones), making subtle changes with hairstyling gel etc… Lastly when finished don’t forget about adding fragrance too if applicable – which tends always add another layeronto displays especially those around Valentine’s Day where aromas often play key roles in appealing potential buyers into buying gifts!
