Sequence 3 mini-classes for the general public. Consider common injuries you may see in an all-level class
and include modifications for a variety of students. Video yourself teaching one of these classes for
submission. During the Covid-19 pandemic, you may complete the class with or without students. You can use
whoever is in quarantine with you or anyone who is able to join remotely. If you are unable to teach anyone,
that is fine; pretend you are teaching someone. Upload the video to a file sharing service such as Google
Drive, Dropbox or YouTube (you can set these as unlisted) or any other format as long as we can open it.
Please do not send large files; links only.
Similar to section 7, if you are unable to record video, make sure to write out everything you would say from the
very beginning to the very end of the class and detailed cues and transitions for the poses. Include rationale for
how you have sequenced.
