Your patient: Sandra Johnston, 70 yo F
Admitted to the medical unit with acute exacerbation of COPD and left lower lobe pneumonia. She has a 3 day hx of cough, difficulty breathing, and fever. She is on supplemental oxygen.
PMHx: GERD, COPD, OA, and A Fib.
Meds (some current, some as taken at home): salbutamol, ipratropium bromide, Symbicort (budesonide/formoterol), warfarin, pantoloc, acetaminophen, azithromycin, doxycycline, prednisone.
